Couples Coaching
Much of my Relationship Coaching centers around working with couples. Whether you are preparing for a lifetime together, or you want to deepen your existing marriage, I am able to guide you to achieve the best relationship possible.
These relationships are the most important ones you will have, and yet all too often we don’t give them the depth of intentional thought that they deserve. I work with couples doing Pre-Marriage and Marriage Coaching using numerous resources including Prepare/Enrich couples inventories. With these we will discover your strength and growth areas, such as communication, conflict resolution, finances, and relationship roles; then together, we will work to increase your relationship skills.
Instead of being ruled by chance and the actions of others, life coaching empowers you to develop deeper understanding of your relationships. It helps you develop strategies to strengthen them and provides caring and support in dealing with whatever interpersonal challenges arise.
