A typical session lasts between 45-60 minutes. Depending on your situation and wishes, we meet 2-4 times a month. These confidential sessions are designed to help you discover who you are and the strength you already possess.
While life coaching is not designed to continue long term it is usually wise to plan on meeting over a period of three months. This allows for the intentional development of plans and the motivation to implement those plans.
I provide life coaching services in many different ways. It can take place in my office, in your office, a coffee shop, over the phone, or by Skype. Each of these has its own benefits. Using technology I have been able to coach individuals residing in several states along the Eastern Seaboard.
Before we meet for the first time, I will provide you with a simple questionnaire to help you prepare for our first session. We will then discuss what areas of your life you would like coaching with and chose one to start.
In subsequent sessions we will meet and develop a goal statement for your life. We will meet and through exploration, visualization, support and brainstorming develop action plans for different areas of your life.
