The goal of Life Coaching is to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Through your life coach’s listening, leading, and encouragement, you will uncover:

In partnership with your life coach, you will develop strategies to get beyond those things that hold you back and devise plans for accomplishing your ultimate goals.
Unlike therapy, the co-active coaching method deals less with you past (your “story”) and more with you present, what you want for your future and most importantly how you want to show up in the world.
